Certain baby names come in and out of fashion - but there's a 100 year rule that explains why some monikers that were popular in the 1920s are set to make a comeback

According to Sophie, it's because name trends only start to feel ripe for the picking when the generations that previously bore them have passed on. "Names like James, Thomas, Henry, George, William, and Alexander have never left the top 30 in the England and Wales," the pro notes.
