The Los Angeles native, 36, was caught on camera in a clip initially published on TMZ Monday, in which he berated a staffer at the restaurant at high volumes in a profane rant, attracting attention from other diners. In February of 2023, a lawyer for the one-time Disney actor asked a court for a mental health check that could open the door to an insanity plea in a domestic violence case he was dealing with stemming from a December 2022 arrest in Ohio.
