Taylor's Aussie leg of her record-breaking Eras Tour ended with a bang in Sydney on Monday, and the pop star pocketed an astronomical amount of money sum for both herself - and the NSW economy. 'The Swift effect is undeniable when it comes to the economic impact her tour delivers to host cities,' Accommodation Australia chief executive Michael Johnson told The Daily Telegraph. The NSW economy grew across many sectors, with hotel rooms fully booked out, restaurants and bars jam-packed and thousands of fans splurging on merchandise.
