Teyonah Parris opened up about how having a baby daughter has taught her to be kinder to herself while speaking to PEOPLE exclusively at the premiere of her new show 'No Good Deed' in Los Angeles on Dec. 4. 'The Marvels' actress and her husband James welcomed their first child in 2023.
