Moseley was struck while walking on a shared pedestrian-bike path near his hotel, with the cyclist reportedly traveling about 30 MPH and then fleeing the scene, as per TMZ. Following the hit-and-run, the actor — who also starred in 2007's Halloween — remained in strong spirits, even cracking a horror-related joke as he took to Instagram to post about the ordeal from the hospital.
