Tess Daly has been part of the Strictly line-up for an impressive 20 years so she's no stranger to the sometimes manic world of live telly. In a chat with Elle magazine, the mum of the two, who is married to radio host Vernon Kay, claimed she's not allowed to go anywhere near a glass of water for two hours before the camera rolls for the live Saturday night shows because she's not able to take a break during filming to go to the bathroom.
