Tesco issued an apology to shoppers as it confirmed that it has discontinued a popular fridge staple across all of its supermarket stores in the UK

A spokesperson said: "We phased out six-pint bottles of milk back in 2023 to reduce wastage, as there were higher levels of waste on that product size."
