Edwin Arroyave is giving an update on estranged wife Teddi Mellencamp after the Real Housewives alum underwent brain tumor surgery. Mellencamp, 43, publicly revealed her health battle earlier this month, sharing via her Instagram that she was undergoing brain surgery after doctors found tumors.
