Strictly Come Dancing star Greg Rutherford has told his Instagram followers about 'one of the most terrifying experiences of my life' after a glass explosion in his house, which narrowly missed his young children. The former British Olympian, 37, shared some videos to his Instagram Story where shattered glass could be seen covering the furniture and floors in his living room after a pane from his skylight exploded without warning.
