Teresa Giudice's husband Luis Ruelas was loaned $1M for expenses following 2021 purchase of $3.35M New Jersey mansion

Ruelas, 49, took out a $1 million loan this past March 25 from an LLC based out of Florida, according to court documents.

Ruelas' past business ventures include partially founding the company Digital Media Solutions and working as an 'independent contractor' on the livestreaming app Vinivia, according to The U.S. Sun. Ruelas filed the lawsuit earlier this year in New York, saying that he 'suffered economic injury' and missed out on 'multiple business opportunities' as result of Johnson's communications 'under fake names/personas' in an effective effort to hurt his reputation. Ruelas said Johnson sent emails in an effort to hinder his 'chances in the court of law, stir controversy, and create reality TV content,' which left his reputation 'damaged beyond repair.'
