Nytavion Shaw, one of four people charged with second-degree murder in the case, entered a guilty plea on Tuesday, October 1, according to court records viewed by The Associated Press. Oliver was traveling home from a Caribbean vacation with his two daughters — Madita and Annik, whom he shared with wife Jessica Klepser — on January 4.
