In the court docs obtained by the outlet, Ryan “affirmatively states that he has never been convicted of a felony,” but as we know, he did spend time in the big house, but was let out early. They also can’t “dissipate or dispose of” property, nor “hide, destroy or spoil, in whole or in part, any evidence electronically stored or on computer hard drives or other memory storage devices.”
