Kailyn Lowry welcomed her twins, a girl and a boy recently and the mom of now seven showed off a first photo of them on Instagram. The Teen Mom 2 alumna, 31, opened up about the twins' premature birth on the latest episode of her Barely Famous podcast Months later I still cry talking about it,' she captioned the post, which cut to a short video clip from the episode.
