'Teen Mom''s Jenelle Evans has an emotional conversation with her son Jace, 15, about their past history, noting that she "was trying." Last year, Evans was granted full custody of Jace after he had been in the care of his grandmother for much of his life.

In a clip posted to Teen Mom's TikTok account from the season finale, the star, 32, spoke with her older son Jace, 15, about their history, beginning by thanking him for his help around the house with her younger kids. Evans gained full custody of her teenage son a year ago after he had been in the care of her grandmother for most of his life. Evans also revealed at the time that her mother was "completely fine" with the custody of Jace being passed over to her daughter after 13 years.
