Amber Portwood's new boyfriend Gary Wayt shocked everyone by proposing to her on camera on Thursday's episode of Teen Mom: The Next Chapter on MTV.
Gary, 39, had just met fellow Teen Mom stars Maci Bookout, 33, and Catelynn Baltierra, who traveled to Indiana for Amber's birthday, when he got down on his knee in front of them and proposed.
