Kailyn Lowry of Teen Mom fame, is celebrating her birthday on a tropical vacation with fiancé Elijah Scott. Online she shared a beachside photo showing off the results of her breast reduction.
Standing in front of an ocean of clear blue water, she displayed her flat tummy and toned legs while flashing a soft smile. She used her Instagram Story to share various post-op selfies as she tracked her recovery and asked fans if they wanted further content detailing her operation. Reflecting on the moment, the former MTV star admitted she was overcome with emotion, 'sobbing' on the phone with a doctor’s office as she considered a 'breast reduction, implants [or] lift.'
