Teddi Mellencamp escapes LA after sharing devastating health update amid cancer battle
Teddi Mellencamp escaped the hustle and bustle of Los Angeles to watch her daughter, Slate, compete in an equestrian competition on Friday morning.
Despite the devastating health update following her emergency brain cancer surgery last month, Mellencamp, 43, woke up bright and early to make the nearly three hour drive from her home in Encino to Palm Springs with a friend. In a video, uploaded to her Instagram Story, the daughter of legendary singer John Mellencamp appeared in high spirits as she sang along to the 1987 track, Alone, by the rock band, Heart. Earlier, Mellencamp addressed fans who were asking about her return to the Two Peas In A Pod podcast, which she does with Real Housewives of Orange County star Tamra Judge, 57.
