Teddi Mellencamp has an ally in estranged husband Edwin Arroyave as she recovers from brain surgery, a source exclusively reveals in the latest issue of Us Weekly. “I am grateful for the incredible surgeons, doctors and nurses who made my surgery a success and my recovery process more comfortable,” Mellencamp shared via Instagram on Wednesday, February 26. Mellencamp recalls her marriage being “bad for a while” before their breakup, but since she got sick, she says Arroyave “completely changed.” She calls it a “silver lining” to her diagnosis, noting that the former couple are not back to a good place.
