Taylor Swift's spokesperson speaks out as singer's dad is investigated by police for 'assault'

Taylor Swift's dad Scott Swift is reportedly being investigated by Sydney police for allegedly assaulting an Australian photographer at Sydney's North Shore at Neutral Bay Wharf

Photographer Ben McDonald has alleged that he was punched in the face by Scott around 2am at Sydney's North Shore at Neutral Bay Wharf. He has since lodged a complaint with New South Wales Police Media claiming there was an alleged assault between him and a 71 year old man, reportedly Scott. McDonald, who is a chief executive of the photo agency Matrix Media Group, has hit back at these claims telling the Dail Mail that these are "utter rubbish."
