Joe Alwyn has spoken about his split from Taylor Swift and the attention he's received since, amid speculation that he's referenced on her most recent album
Fans have been speculating that Joe is alluded to in Taylor's album 'Tortured Poets Department', which dropped in April and quickly topped the UK charts, breaking several records along the way. Speaking to the Sunday Times Style Magazine, as reported by PA Media, he said: "I would hope that anyone and everyone can empathise and understand the difficulties that come with the end of a long, loving, fully committed relationship of over six and a half years. Joe - whose acting credits include films like 'The Favourite' (2018) - described the experience of a break up becoming public "suddenly" as "unusual and abnormal" with the world being able to "weigh in" on it within days.
