Authorities confirmed in a statement to Billboard on Tuesday (March 26) that New South Wales police have decided not to take any further action in regards to Scott, who was accused last month of assaulting a photographer while accompanying his daughter on a visit to the Neutral Bay Wharf in Sydney. Shortly afterward, one of the “Anti-Hero” singer’s reps told Billboard: “Two individuals were aggressively pushing their way towards Taylor, grabbing at her security personnel, and threatening to throw a female staff member into the water.” Scott has long been a fixture of the 14-time Grammy winner’s touring enterprise, with fans reporting for years that the stockbroker enjoys passing out guitar picks to audience members at shows.
