Taylor Swift’s ‘TTPD’ Album Ends Kanye West’s Billboard 200 Chart No. 1 Streak

Ye’s ‘Vultures’ album is now in the No. 2 spot on the chart while Taylor’s ‘The Tortured Poets Department’ is No. 1.

The “Karma” hitmaker, 34, announced that she was releasing the new music after winning the Grammy Award for Best Pop Vocal Album in February. “I want to say ‘thank you’ to the fans by telling you a secret that I’ve been keeping from you for the past two years,” Taylor said while accepting her award, before adding, “Which is that my brand new album comes out April 19th. “You have a fully manufactured frame job, in an illegally recorded phone call, which Kim Kardashian edited, and then put out to say to everyone that I was a liar,” Taylor claimed in her interview with the outlet.
