Taylor Swift and Hugh Jackman could potentially be served with subpoenas as part of the ongoing legal battle between their friend Blake Lively and Justin Baldoni, a source tells PEOPLE.

Jackman and Swift are both longtime friends of Lively and Reynolds, 48, with the singer even serving as godmother to the couple's four children: James, 10, Inez, 8, Betty, 5, and Olin, 2. The program interviewed crew member Talia Spencer, who described the Jane the Virgin alum as "one of the few directors I've worked for that was kind and respectful."
