Taylor Swift Trained With the Mindset of a ‘Professional Athlete’ for Eras Tour: Inside Her Workouts


Taylor Swift’s trainer reveals the singer’s workout regimen for the Eras tour and says she trained like a ‘professional athlete’ to get in shape for the show.

“Some people would probably throw up or have to lay down on the floor if they trained like [Taylor],” the fitness expert told Vogue in an interview published on April 19, adding that her exercise program was “really hard” while she prepared for the tour. The workouts focus on “strength, conditioning and targeting her core,” while the “Fortnight” hitmaker implements cardio on her own time. “Every day I would run on the treadmill, singing the entire set list out loud,” she told Time magazine.
