Taylor Swift visited with children at Kansas City's Children's Mercy Hospital for over an hour.

(KCTV) - Fresh off her two-year record-breaking Eras tour, Taylor Swift decided to lift the spirits of some children in Kansas City. “Thank you Taylor and those involved at Children’s Mercy that helped make this happen,” Nuzum said. Swift is in Kansas City to visit her boyfriend, Travis Kelce, ahead of her 35th birthday Friday.
