Taylor Swift shares a note to Portugal after wrapping up sold-out shows there: 'I left my heart in Lisbon'

Taylor Swift wrapped up her sold-out Portugal shows with a sweet message to fans on Sunday. In a caption to her 283 million followers, she wrote, 'It's official, I left my [heart] in Lisbon.'

She ended her thankful caption by stating, 'I’ll seriously never forget the way you treated us, the overwhelming love and passion and hands in the air and dancing and how you screamed every lyric!! Chatting with Vogue, the 61-year-old footwear architect dished, 'When working for performers, it’s better to start with a very large number of styles that will end up in a selection of designs which seem the best for the stage.' Hundreds of strass crystals were used in the collection and Louboutin noted, 'I’ve learned a few magic tricks to make sure the silhouette still looks great with shoes being 100% easy to perform in.'
