Taylor Swift has been granted a temporary restraining order against Brian Jason Wagner, a 45-year-old man from Colorado who has traveled to her Los Angeles residence multiple times and has made claims that he shares a child with the musician. After making an initial appearance at the singer’s home in July 2024, Wagner allegedly returned “carrying a glass bottle that could have been used as a weapon,” the report reads. A recent background check revealed that Wagner’s fixation extends back to his time in jail, where he wrote “lengthy communications” claiming he was romantically connected to her.
