Taylor Swift Ends Iconic Eras Tour With Emotional Goodbye: ‘It Was the End of an Era’

The end of an era! Taylor Swift wrapped the final performance of her Eras tour and the singer got emotional in front of the crowd as she said one last goodbye.

During the surprise song portion of the show, Taylor explained that she wanted to go “back to the beginning” of her career and sang “A Place in This World” mashed up with “New Romantics” on guitar. Before she performed the final song of the night, “Karma,” Taylor thanked “every single one of you for being a part of the most thrilling chapter of my entire life to date.” She added, “My beloved Eras tour. One of Taylor’s most memorable shows occurred at Wembley Stadium in London in June when Travis, 35, made a surprise appearance for one segment of the performance.
