Taylor Swift charmed a few young fans during a hospital visit and agreed that when it came to her love for boyfriend Travis Kelce, it was ‘an absolute yes.’

The “Who’s Afraid of Little Old Me?” singer chatted with some patients at the Kansas City Children’s Hospital the night before her birthday, and her boyfriend, Travis Kelce, made his way into the conversation. “To my band and to my crew and to everybody who has put so much into this tour … I don’t even know what I’m saying anymore,” the pop star said while holding back tears during her November 23 show in Toronto. “Shout-out to Tay and the unbelievable Eras tour [that] has finally come to an end,” Travis told his brother and cohost Jason Kelce.
