Taylor Swift Calls Sabrina Carpenter the ‘Pop Princess of Our Dreams’

Taylor Swift heaped praise on Sabrina Carpenter days after bringing her former Eras Tour opener onstage for a surprise performance in New Orleans.

“One of the things I’ll always remember from this weekend was getting to surprise the crowd with a performance by the pop princess of our dreams: Sabrina Carpenter,” Swift wrote, particularly commending her for making the time despite her own ongoing Short n’ Sweet concerts. Carpenter has enjoyed a stratospheric rise this year, in part because of the wide exposure she garnered as an Eras Tour opener at the end of 2023 and beginning of 2024, helping build her eventual breakout moment when she dropped “ Espresso ” in April. Over a year and a half since the Eras Tour launched, Swift is finally nearing the end of her record-breaking trek, with just three more dates left in the United States as she heads to Indianapolis this weekend.
