Kelce -- who grew up in Cleveland Heights -- was photographed inside the location keeping a low profile in black sunglasses and a baseball cap. Swift is currently on a brief hiatus from her record-breaking, globe-spanning Eras Tour, which is set to resume in May, kicking off the European leg in Paris, France.
