Following news of her longtime friend's death on Wednesday, the actress turned singer posted an emotional tribute to Trachtenberg, who worked with her on the hit series Gossip Girl. 'In shock…When I met this girl 17 years ago I knew we’d be friends.. she was smart and sassy, bold and sensitive, funny as f**k and filled with fire. NBC reported a source had told them the Harriet the Spy star had recently received a liver transplant and it was unknown if she had suffered complications from that surgery.
