Harlow, 30, made a head-turning fashion statement at Art Basel while going topless underneath a cropped black jacket featuring a felt body and leather sleeves, which she rolled up. Hill, 28, also opted for a sexy look while attending the party, sporting a sheer leopard print dress featuring long sleeves and a floor-length skirt.
