Tatyana Ali Recalls Being Bullied on Jawbreaker Set Until Rose McGowan Intervened: She's 'a Real One'

Tatyana Ali said she "dealt with a little bullying" on the set of 1999's 'Jawbreaker' from "one actress in particular" until costar Rose McGowan stood up for her in front of everybody.

The Fresh Prince of Bel Air alum shared throwback photos on Instagram May 23 from her time making the 1999 cult classic. Directed by Darren Stein, Jawbreaker is about a group of popular high schoolers who accidentally kill the prom queen in a prank gone wrong. In a 2024 conversation with Interview magazine, Gayheart said "our attitude was punk" while making the low-budget teen comedy.
