Their journey to bringing Tristan into the world wasn’t easy, as the couple first underwent in vitro fertilization (IVF) before their son was conceived naturally, and Heather had a frightening birth experience. Tarek shares daughter Taylor and son Brayden with ex-wife Christina Haack, who also stars on The Flip Off. “I love being a stepmom, but I met them later in life — Brayden was 3, Taylor was 8 — and I never experienced the baby stage and it’s better than I could have ever imagined it,” she added.
