Tammy Hembrow's roided up brother learns his fate over sickening crimes against girlfriend: Victim warns Aussies to 'lock your doors' after delivering powerful victim statement about how he destroyed her life

The brother of fitness influencer Tammy Hembrow has been released from custody following a series of domestic violence on a former partner.

Henri Oscar Thynne, 21, admitted to charges including common assault, stalking and two counts of strangulation in the Brisbane District Court on Thursday, where a judge described him as a 'menace'. A medical report stated that Thynne had diminished emotional control and impaired judgement due to severe steroid use since the age of 16. In a TikTok clip that has since clocked more than two million views, Hembrow denied that she bailed out her younger brother, stating she's not involved in 'any of the legal situation'.
