Tamar, a singer and reality star, took to Instagram to share an update on her workout progress, the perfect combo of inspirational and hilarious. In the video, probably filmed inside a gym, she’s in white with a headband and one of those fitness machines lurking just barely in the background. She gave a shout to her trainer for the protein diet (bye chips and ice cream), but confessed that, like, the first couple days at it have been just SO hard.
