SZA Reveals She Had Breast Implants Removed Due to High Risk of Breast Cancer and 'Painful' Fibrosis

The Grammy-winning singer appeared on the S.H.E. MD podcast and opened up about getting breast implants but then needing to take them out due to "painful" fibrosis and her family history of breast cancer.

MD podcast, hosted by former fashion designer and entrepreneur Mary Alice Haney and board-certified OB/GYN Dr. Thais Aliabadi, who’s known for working with stars like Rihanna and Khloe Kardashian. She added, “I like seeing somebody spiritual about it, specifically the breast cancer situation and the marker before I had the results of the biopsy and all that, I had talked to somebody, because I was like, I got to figure out what's going on in the higher realms…” SZA admitted that she was supposed to see Dr. Aliabadi before she got her implants due to her higher risk of breast cancer but the singer “snuck and got it anyways.”
