SZA shared a bittersweet tribute to Mac Miller as the rapper’s posthumous Balloonerism released on Friday, with the singer encouraging her fans to listen to the new record as well. SZA, who recently released Lana, the deluxe version of SOS, is featured on Balloonerism on the track “DJ’s Chord Organ.” She and Miller were close, and SZA penned an emotional tribute on her instagram when he died back in 2018. “We believe the project showcases both the breadth of his musical talents and fearlessness as an artist,” Miller’s estate said in a statement.
