Donald Trump announced he has selected Sylvester Stallone and Mel Gibson to be his ‘special ambassadors’ for Hollywood

“It is my honor to announce Jon Voight, Mel Gibson, and Sylvester Stallone, to be Special Ambassadors to a great but very troubled place, Hollywood, California,” the President-elect, 78, wrote via Truth Social on Thursday, January 16. “They will serve as Special Envoys to me for the purpose of bringing Hollywood, which has lost much business over the last four years to Foreign Countries, BACK — BIGGER, BETTER, AND STRONGER THAN EVER BEFORE!” Trump will be sworn in on Monday as the 47th president and the occasion will feature several musical guests including Carrie Underwood, Jason Aldean, Billy Ray Cyrus, Gavin DeGraw, Rascal Flatts, Kid Rock, The Village People and more.
