Sydney Sweeney Promises ‘Euphoria’ Season 3 Is ‘Unhinged’

Sydney Sweeney promised that 'Euphoria' will be absolutely 'unhinged' when it finally returns for its long-awaited third season.

In a new interview with Empire magazine, the actress gave a light tease of the show’s return while discussing her deep attachment to her character, Cassie, as well as working with showrunner Sam Levinson. Many factors contributed to the delay, which began to pile up after actor Angus Cloud, who played fan favorite Fezco, died of an overdose in 2023. Also complicating production were the busy schedules of Sweeney and many of her co-stars — including Zendaya, Jacob Elordi, Colman Domingo, Hunter Schafer — as well as Levinson.
