SXSW Sets Ryan Gosling’s ‘The Fall Guy,’ Netflix’s ‘3 Body Problem’ and More for World Premieres


SXSW Film & TV Festival announced multiple movies and TV premieres for the 2024 event.

Netflix’s “ 3 Body Problem,” executive produced and written by “Game of Thrones” creators David Benioff and D. B. Weiss, along with “True Blood” writer Alexander Woo is set to debut as the Opening Night TV Premiere. “The Fall Guy” is described as a “big-screen love letter to action movies and the hard-working and under-appreciated stunt performers and crew members who make them.” Winston Duke, Aaron Taylor-Johnson, Hannah Waddingham and Stephanie Hsu star. The speaker lineup includes Rosario Dawson, “Call Her Daddy” podcast host Alex Cooper, “How to Be an Antiracist” author Dr. Ibram X. Kendi, head of ChatGPT Peter Deng and ACE Entertainment CEO Matt Kaplan.
