Sundance Winner ‘In the Summers’ Sets Streaming Debut at Hulu
'In the Summers,' a festival darling and two-time Indie Spirit Award nominee, will stream on Hulu beginning Feb. 5.
The film is led by top-selling global rapper René Pérez Joglar (aka Residente), Sasha Calle, Lío Mehiel and Leslie Grace. In addition to the top Sundance honor, the project nabbed the grand jury prize at the Deauville Film Festival and scored a nomination for breakthrough director at last year’s Gotham Awards. Producers on “In the Summers” include Alexander Dinelaris, Rob Quadrino, Janek Ambros, Fernando Rodriguez-Vila, Jan Suter, Daniel Tantalean, Lynette Coll, Sergio Alberto Lira, Cristóbal Güell and Cynthia Fernandez De La Cruz.
