Suki Waterhouse says she cried the "instant" she heard she was having a girl, saying that she wishes "I hadn't wanted to find out." The singer and actress welcomed her first baby with fiancé Robert Pattinson in March.
Speaking with British Vogue for their August cover story, the singer and actress, 32, shared that one of the only things she did to prepare to welcome her newborn baby was learn what sex she'd be having. Since having her daughter, Waterhouse says she has a deep appreciation for her own mother, noting that she often tells her, "You are incredible and I don't know how you had four kids under eight." She took a minute to honor her postpartum experience in her caption, noting that the adjustment to being a new mom had been challenging.
