Wynne Evans has reportedly hired lawyers after he was axed from the Strictly Come Dancing live tour following his inappropriate comment

The Welsh star, 53, was caught making a sexual joke about his co-stars Janette Manrara and Jamie Borthwick last month. Announcing his decision to step back shortly after, Wynne said: “I’ve agreed with the BBC that I’ll take some time out from my radio show and the Strictly Live tour, as well as my other public commitments, to prioritise my wellbeing. According to The Sun, the singer is ‘being advised over the potential to sue for breach of contract and loss of earnings’, after his Strictly tour axing.
