Strictly Come Dancing host Tess Daly looks unrecognisable in photos from the start of her TV career, when she co hosted SMTV with Big Brother's Brian Dowling
This Saturday marks the first live show of the new series of Strictly Come Dancing, and once again hosts Tess Daly and Claudia Winkleman will be introducing the celebrities and professional dancers who will be competing this year, while also trying to keep a tight rein on the judges as they grade each performance. In unearthed snaps from her time as a presenter on children’s show SMTV in 2003, the former model looks stunning with shoulder length straight hair alongside co-presenter Brian Dowling. While fans are used to seeing Tess looking glamorous on the red carpet, and on Strictly Come Dancing, she was wearing far more casual attire while presenting the kids’ show, sporting low slung jeans and a rugby style top.
