Strictly's Tess Daly and Claudia Winkleman hit by rumours they 'hated each other'
Strictly Come Dancing hosts Tess Daly and Claudia Winkleman have been presenting the show together since 2014, but some viewers weren't always convinced by the pair's chemistry
When Claudia Winkleman first joined Tess Daly to co-host Strictly Come Dancing, fans were sceptical about their on-screen partnership, especially as they were still fond of the legendary Bruce Forsyth, who had retired from hosting in 2010. Back in the day, journalist Jane Graham commented on the apparent tension between the duo, suggesting their body language couldn't hide the "great hate" brewing behind the scenes. Jane wrote for the Belfast Telegraph: "I wasn't in the least bit surprised to read this week that Tess Daly and Claudia Winkleman - co-hosts on the now-Bruceless Sunday edition of this year's Strictly Come Dancing- secretly despise each other."
