Strictly Come Dancing judge Shirley Ballas has shared her surgery nightmare as she revealed she will be taking a step back from work to focus on her health

Reflecting on her pre-show ritual, Shirley explained, "I tend to be running all over the place, helping other people, but every year before each show I spend seven days cleansing, and I use this time to go over all my information and my notes and brush up on how to say things super quick." In another incident, Graziano Di Prima was reportedly dropped after claims surfaced that he kicked his dance partner Zara McDermott, accusations he also disputes, and rumours are swirling that he's contemplating legal action against the BBC.
