Strictly’s Sarah Hadland admits she ‘put limits on herself’ ahead of final show


As the final of Strictly Come Dancing approaches, actress Sarah Hadland admits that competing in the show made her realise she had “put limits” on herself in the past

And actually, the shocking thing for me was, it was me doing that to myself and that you shouldn’t ever reach a point in your life, for whatever reason that you think – that’s me, that’s my limit. Sarah will once again be dancing to Madonna's Like A Prayer (Image: BBC/Guy Levy) The Strictly Come Dancing final takes place on BBC One on Saturday 14 December at 6pm, and will feature each of the finalists performing three dances for judges Motsi Mabuse, Anton Du Beke, Shirley Ballas and Craig Revel Horwood. Chris and Dianne ’s show dance is to You Get What You Give, and they are also recreating their memorable Couple’s Choice to Instant Karma!
