While on the outside, the show looks to be a shiny, glitzy and glamorous affair, with the celebs, pro dancers, judges and presenters getting dressed up to the nines for the occasion - sometimes off screen, things aren't so hunky dory. Sherlock actress Amanda pulled out of the BBC One show last year citing “personal reasons”, later claimed she was subject to a “toxic environment” and “inappropriate, mean, nasty bullying”. While working on the US show Dancing With the Stars, he said: " Recent statements apparently made by Fern Britton, whilst not reflecting any situation I recognise, are difficult to ignore.
